Q: Will I see a proof of my order before the final print is done?
A: YES! It is our company policy to send a proof either via email or via fax for ALL orders. A signed proof approval has to be issued before any printing can take place.
Q: Can I have color print on my order?
A: YES! We offer a wide variety of spot colors for an additional price. To recieve a quote on spot color print please contact us @ 225-928-5920.
Q: How long will my order take to get here?
A: The process depends on the complexity of the layout. We give 2-4 days for the layout process to be complete then we work on getting the order approved. We will ship your order 4-5 days after APPROVAL.
Q: What is the easiest way for me to send in a re-order?
A: We keep all orders on file, so when you want to reorder you can simply email us at sales@printingtech.com. Tell us your PayPal receipt number or the date you last ordered and your full name and we will pull your file from our records. The order will be placed once payment is processed via credit card or receipt of your check in the mail. You may also reorder using the website.
Q: How do I pay for my order?
A: Paying is fast, easy and secure. Use your PayPal account and you won’t need to share your financial information with us. Don’t have a PayPal account, phone us and we will take your credit card number over the phone. Or you can simply mail us a check, but your order will not enter production until payment is cleared by your bank.
